Thomson Reuters ranked Bracewell as follows in the final 2012 rankings:

#3 – U.S. Energy Transactions

#13 – U.S. Completed Transactions

#25 – Global Completed Transactions

Bracewell’s attorneys led some of 2012’s largest transactions, including the closing of Kinder Morgan Inc.’s acquisition of El Paso Corporation, and ConocoPhillips’ spin-off of Phillips 66.
