Bracewell’s Intellectual Property Practice Recognized in IAM Patent 1000

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP received recognition for its intellectual property practice in Globe Business Media Group’s 2016 IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners. Bracewell’s Texas IP practice was recommended in patent prosecution and transactions, while also ranking in litigation.

In addition to acknowledging Bracewell’s IP practice, IAM Patent 1000 also recognized two of the firm’s attorneys individually. Partner Constance Gall Rhebergen was recommended in Texas for prosecution and transactions, while Partner Alan D Albright was ranked in the Gold Band for litigation in Texas. Rhebergen was noted for building ‘long-term relationships with businesses to help them realize their goals.’ Albright was recognized in the editorial as ‘the main man in “the amazing Syntrix case, which came to a close this year. Hundreds of millions of dollars were on the line and he fought fiercely.’”
